Benefits of mobile CPA networks

Sponsormob is a CPA (cost-per-action or cost-per-acquisition) network. This means that advertisers only pay for successful leads or sales. So if there is no purchase or action (such as an email address or zip code entered, an app downloaded, etc,.) then no money is paid out by the advertiser.

This makes CPA a very attractive form of advertising for companies, as they know exactly how their campaigns are performing and only pay for actual transactions that occur as a result of thse campaigns. This saves them money that may have been spent on other types of campaigns, such as CPC or CPM, without the clear results of CPA. So for advertisers, this is great.

For publishers, the pressure is on them to perform – without good conversion rates, they don’t make money. But it’s really a win-win situation for both advertisers and publishers , and I personally think this is business at its best. No money exchanged unless goods are delivered (or contact details given, or something similar). Wouldn’t you agree?
