Business Development Manager UK

To serve our growing number of Mobile Advertising Clients, we are strengthening and
expanding our Berlin based Advertising Account team.

Role Overview:

Sponsormob is looking to strengthen our UK market with a Business
Development Manager to acquire new advertisers for our Mobile
Advertising Network based in Berlin, Germany. The candidate will cover the online and
Mobile Marketing industry and will be responsible for expanding and developing sales
activities in the digital environment for their respective countries. The role is 100% new business focused. The
successful candidate will be accountable for achieving revenue targets by recruiting new
advertisers via the Web and Mobile channels.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Expanding our client base in your respective country (UK or France)
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Representing the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Working closely with company leadership and public relations department
  • Travel required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least two years of experience in the performance-based online marketing
  • Familiarity with the terms CPA, CPL, CPC, and CPM
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or media
  • Wide network in the digital marketing industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a list of extensive ready-made contacts at Director and VP level of
  • Possess strong presentation skills and understand digital marketing models, including CPA aquisition model
  • Native English speaker
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent selling/negotiation/delivery skills
  • Results oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as with team members in other countries
  • Positive attitude and a self-starter
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-moving, results-orientated environment
  • Agency experience a bonus
